dill ranch chex mix.

this really did turn out amazing.  here goes.

DILL RANCH CHEX MIX

MELT HALF A STICK OF BUTTER MIXED WITH A COUPLE TABLESPOONS OF COCONUT OIL.

ADD 3 TABLESPOONS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND A PACKET OF DILL RANCH DRESSING.

TOSS WITH YOUR FAVORITE MIXTURE:  DON’T FORGET TO CHANGE IT UP AND MAKE IT YOUR OWN!  I LOVE ADDING TRISCUITS, WHEAT THINS, WHEAT CHEX (CUZ THEY’RE MY FAVE), AND CHEEZ-ITS.  BUT YOU COULD DO ALL NUTS, IF YOU’RE TRYING TO STAY AWAY FROM PROCESSED CRACKERY FOODS.  OR IF YOU JUST HAVE SOME CRUNCHIES IN YOUR PANTRY THAT YOU NEED TO GET RID OF, TRY WHATEVER YOU HAVE!  CHEERIOS WOULD WORK, OR ANY CRACKER.

STIR WELL AND MICROWAVE FOR 6 MINUTES, STIRRING EVERY TWO MINUTES.

i used to always bake my chex mix, but after trying it in the microwave, it’s actually better.

lay it all out to cool.  done and done.

next time i’m going to try these sprinkled with grated parmesan, after they’re cooked.  bad girl.  baaaad girl.
