cleanse day #4.


i love this shake.  almond milk, protein powder, purified water, 1 probiotic, 1 T peanut butter, 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 banana.

a great way to start the day.

so far, this is the best day yet.  it’s 12:45 and i feel really great.  just had lunch and i HAVE to share these awesome recipes with you, which i found in a magazine while on the treadmill.  i no longer call it the gym:  i call it the magazine place.  they have 100’s of magazines and i can go so long on that stupid hamster wheel when i have a magazine!

so i opened up the magazine and it had a whole section on HONEY.  i don’t think honey is a “can do” on this cleanse.  but i don’t care.  it’s the most perfect food ever made.  so today’s lunch was made with raw, organic honey.  numm nummm nummmmmy.
