am i the last person to figure this out, or am i the first? tuna with asian flavor. it’s so amazing. it really satisfies your craving for asian food, only, you just pop open a can of tuna. no cooking necessary.
i try to eat tuna as much as i can. if you warm up tuna, it helps raise your serotonin level, and i use need a boost in that area!
here’s what i did…

ASIAN TUNA SALAD
CAN OF TUNA (I TRIED THOSE PAGES OF YELLOW FIN TUNA WITH THE OLIVE OIL, AND THEY WERE SO GOOD!)
DASH OF SOY SAUCE
DASH OF TABASCO
DROP OF OLIVE OIL
CHOPPED GREEN ONION
GRATED GINGER (I ALWAYS KEEP CHUNKS OF PEELED GINGER IN MY FREEZER. THEN YOU CAN JUST GRATE THEM WHILE FROZEN. IT’S EASY)
A LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER.
eat by itself, or with crackers, or on toast. or in a salad. it’s so delicious and healthy!
