TOTAL 10: DAY 9.

Minor setback – fell at the gym this morning and bruised, or possibly cracked, my tailbone. Noooo!  But here’s where I know I’ve changed – I’m going to proceed with working out by continuing to do arm weights, even if I have to do them in bed! Hopefully I can get back to the gym soon.

So now, I am going to take this time to focus a little more on the food. This first seven days of the plan have been so telling. We rocked some things, and failed miserably at others.

Kudos to those of you who have been doing this with me!!! I have loved hearing your progress and am inspired by you.
