Thanks so much for faithfully posting. I have done Whole 30 once before and I saw great benefits. However, I struggled to get the family on board. Then last night/early this morning we nearly had to take my son to the ER with stomach pains. I have no doubt that our issues are food related. The entire family has had issues. So, I think everyone is finally on board to revamp our eating habits. We haven’t started yet, but I’m reading post daily and preparing to purge somethings that are all to tempting to have around.
I am so sorry to hear about your ER trip!! So scary! I went to the ER when I was in college due to stomach pains. They were so unhelpful, but then again, that was a long time ago.
