Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps.

OMG. Tuna lovers, gather ‘round. This is the tastiest darn tuna recipe I’ve ever made.

And I’ve made a lot of tuna recipes.

But this is the best. I definitely want to remember this one.

If you’re trying to get more dark leafy greens in ~ this is a great way to do it.

And it’s so pretty! Just look!

When you think about proportions, I’m convinced that this picture is more like what we should be eating. 3/4 of the plate is dark leafy greens, while the protein, veggies and fat yumminess are just 1/4 of the plate. But they really do pack a punch!

I actually couldn’t finish this. Not even close.

My current 30-day reset plan has got me eating like this at least twice a day, and I feel fan-flippin-tastic!

And these chard wraps really give me the crunch I crave from time to time.

It looks messy, but it’s not. I don’t like messy food, so I would tell you if it was…

It also looks like there’s mayo in there. AWWW HELL NO! No mayo in my food ~ I think you know that by now…

Here’s the recipe! I hope you try this, y’all!
